About Our Farm

The harvest of grains and lepidium begins near the end of May, followed in June by Lavender and four different colors of Larkspur. We harvest many other crops through July, August and September, wrapping up with chili peppers in September. Products are picked at their prime, naturally dried, carefully graded, cleaned, weighed and packed to retain vibrant fresh-picked colors and textures.
